How Will I know…?

Rock n' roll has many questions. Coming to the Ballroom for the first time? Coming to the Ballroom for the 200th time? We've got your frequently asked questions covered below.

tickets

Can I choose my seats when I order my tickets?

You can choose your seats online using the Interactive seat map at Ticketmaster.com. For a seated show this will come up automatically. For a general admission show you will just see an open floor seat map. You can also choose your seats when you are purchasing tickets in person at the box office.

I won tickets from a radio station but can’t go. Can I change the name?

That is solely up to the radio station, not the Casino Ballroom. Once we have a list from the station we do not make any changes to that list. You need to contact the station to see if they allow changes.

What are the Casino Ballroom box office hours?

The Casino Ballroom box office hours change depending on the time of year. Generally the box office is open from 10am to 3pm Wednesdays and Fridays and 3pm to 9pm on show days. During the summer the box office is open on Saturday and Sunday. The box office has extended hours on show days. The box office is closed during the off season from December to February. We HIGHLY recommend calling before you come 603-929-4100 to make sure we can assist you.

Why does my ticket have seat info when the show is general admission?

Just ignore it. These numbers help prevent counterfeiting and duplication and keep track of ticket inventory.

I didn’t get/misplaced my tickets. What should I do?

If tickets were purchased through the Casino Ballroom box office with a credit card please call the Casino Ballroom at 603-929-4100. If tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster please contact Ticketmaster directly at 617-931-2037.

How does "Will Call" ticketing work?

When you purchase tickets within two weeks of the show date your tickets will be held at the "Will Call" window instead of being mailed to you. The "Will Call" window is located on the Beach side of the venue. Simply present positive identification and the credit card used for payment and the tickets will be handed to you.

If a show is cancelled, where/how do I get a refund?

Refunds will be available at the point of purchase if a show is cancelled. If you purchased your tickets in person at our box office you will need to return your tickets to the box office for a refund. If you purchased your tickets online through Ticketmaster, your ticket will be refunded automatically if a show is cancelled.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. No refunds unless a show is cancelled.

What are the different price levels of seats?

For our seated shows we have five tiers of seating. P1 seats include the first five rows in front of the stage. P2 and P3 are reserved seats beyond the first section. P4 are our “High Top Table” seating, they are reserved stools located at high top tables on a riser at the back of the room. P5 or Standing room only tickets are just that, standing room only in the areas near the bars and sides of the room. The Casino Ballroom is a very intimate venue, only 82 feet from the stage to the back of the room. They are all “close” just a matter of preference.

Where can I get tickets?

Tickets for Casino Ballroom events are solely distributed through our verified ticketing partner Ticketmaster. You can get to all ticketing links through the event pages on CasinoBallroom.com. You can also purchase tickets in person at the box office with no service fees. If you have questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to call our box office at 603-929-4100. Please be aware of secondary (or scalper) ticket sales on knock off sites. If you aren’t at Ticketmaster.com or CasinoBallroom.com you are probably paying too much!
