Covid Ticketing Policy

The effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic are still being seen across the live entertainment industry. As states begin to reopen we anticipate that some changes to show dates will still take place. In an effort to help ticket purchasers understand our policy around canceled, postponed or rescheduled shows we have introduced “Ballroom CPR”.

C = Canceled show. Ticket purchasers do not need to take action. Refunds will be automatically returned to your purchasing credit card.

P = Postponed show. A postponed show is a show that can no longer take place on the date that it was scheduled but will be rescheduled at some point in the near future. For postponed shows we ask that ticket purchasers hold onto their tickets as we work to move the show to a rescheduled status. If we are unable to move the show to “rescheduled” status we will move the show to “Canceled” status (see above).

R = Rescheduled show. A rescheduled show is a show that can no longer take place on the originally scheduled date and needs to be moved to a new date. For rescheduled shows ticket purchasers can either keep their tickets (and for seated shows their same seats) for the new date or request a refund within 30 days of the rescheduled annoucment.

We want to thank all of our ticket purchasers for their patience throughout the last year. If you have any questions at all please email us at info@casinoballroom.com.
